Some perfect foods are: nuts, seeds, beans, eggs, fish, chicken & turkey. Although not recommended to consume these before bed, trying to incorporate these foods at your evening meal is helpful.

1-2 Tablespoon virgin, unrefined coconut oil
1-2 pounds any raw nut or seed
2-3 teaspoons sea salt
BAKE AND TAKE
Add the coconut oil & salt to the bag of nuts/seeds, shake until coated. Line baking sheet with parchment paper for quick cleanup or can go directly on the baking sheet, add nuts and seeds to baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Once cooled place in glass jars or containers to store.
