Getting back on track can be a fickle process
Especially when you are in the midst of a stall or have regained some or a majority of your weight.
The good news is getting back on track doesn’t require….
- Starving yourself
- A liquids only diet
- And it does NOT require, beating yourself up over “regain”
Instead, you simply have to understand your daily habits.
Habits are those things you do routinely without thinking about them. And your brain – in a desire to be efficient – is built to create and store habits.
One single healthy habit attracts other healthy habits
Habits come in pairs, triplets and multiples where one “Keystone Habit” attracts other similar habits.
As an example, studies prove people who:
- Cook Their Own Meals – weigh less, spend less and visit the Doctor less
One green protein smoothie a day habit can get you back on track
If you find yourself in a stall (you need to listen to this podcast on breaking stalls), or having to get rid of some unwanted regain. I encourage you to start small and incorporate a single healthy habit.
I have seen this scenario play itself out thousands of times with weight loss surgery patients.
By starting small and concentrating on implementing one healthy habit, this single habit attracts other healthy habits. Before you know it, you are back on track!
Green protein smoothies take less than 5 minutes per day
Making smoothies are so simple and quick. You can blend them up at breakfast or prep them the night before.
Even if you have fallen into the trap of always being on the go and leave yourself with no time to cook. You can always find a few minutes to make a green protein smoothie
If you are in a stall, struggling with REGAIN, or simply want a delicious and easy way to improve your overall health. I would advise you to take 5 minutes a day and enjoy a Green Protein Smoothie.
21-Days from now, once you are back on track with your new Keystone Habit fully in check. You will be glad you did.
